School will start next tuesday. Hope I can change some class before then. My best austin friend is off in Vallarta and I am dog sitting. As much as I love dogs and specially Chiquita, I am looking forward for her to come back. I am just too laid back for the high maintenance pups.

I am back at Proyecto Libertad doing some good work. I am a bit of a dork when it comes to this immigration stuff. I just can't get enough of it. That and environmental info. I really enjoy my co-workers and being part of an organization that helps out a community. I hope to learn more about pesticides and the law in the summer. So much for talk about work.

My damn printer isn't working again. Just my luck. I work hard but my printer just does not want to work with me. Well exams will be over in less than 48 hours. I am sure my life will be more sweet then.

So I am spending some time in Europe again. Soon to be home and see how the new perfume business is going. Trying to german is not at all easy. It is, however, a nice challenge.

9:13PM - Quicky!

I had my first law school exam this saturday. Great way to spend a saturday afternoon. By the way the picture below with the fish is probably one of the more unflattering pics there is to take of me. (brother took it)

I also took part in the walk for Aids today. This was very nice and rewarding. We had plenty to drink under the hot sun. Along the way plenty of dressed up dogs and circus performers to keep the walkers entertained.

Overall, a good weekend =)

Today, I decided to wash my mothers car. (seeing as I have no car of my own to wash),
I head to the car wash, get out the car, make sure that I have quarters (or as I like to call them tokens) in my pocket. Close the doors... I was only trying to wash the outside of the car. And just as I am about to put the tokens into the machine so that the hose can start gushing with soapy water I panic and head straight for the car again. A giant red light is going off in my head. I left the keys inside the car. Ohhh and lucky me I always remember to lock the door! Well I went ahead and washed the car. I mean I didn't check twice to make sure I head quarters right. The Pop-A-Lock guy made a couple of bucks and that is the end to that story.

12:51PM - FINALLY THE GRAND OPENING

The day you have anticipated is finally here. I have faced all computer phobias and such things and bring to you my first journal posting.

Today,

I am here in Harlingen Texas. A welcome dose of home and good Mexican cooking. I have a job so that I can afford to become more technologically savvy and for any future travelling expenses. Just yesterday the guy I was kinda of seeing and I broke it off. There was nothing official to break off; so we did our best to break something inexsistent. We did a fine job!
